My favorite dish

Do you have a favorite dish? My favorite dish is hash and rice!! Actually, I didn’t like hash and rice when I was little. Now, I don’t know why I didn’t like it. I especially prefer the hash and rice that the ratio of rice and roux is 1 to 1. I like it very much, but my sister doesn’t like it, so I don’t eat hash and rice at my home. Recently, I heard that there is a good restaurant of delicious hash and rice. The name of this restaurant is “More”. I have not gone there, so I would like to go to the restaurant.
